Intuitive Excel Action Tracker

Published by LakesProjects on

In this video I am demonstrating on of my action tracker templates available at https://lakesprojects.co.uk/.

The template has lots of features that help you and your team to focus on quickly log actions and prioritising close out – the template handles the rest!

The template is an Excel Macro-Enabled Workbook (.xlsm), with visual basic script, macros, conditional formatting, nested IF functions and much more.

About me:

I work in project management and I use Excel a lot. I have a website (https://lakesprojects.co.uk/) where I have lots of the spreadsheet templates I’ve made over the years which are free for you to download. My templates have made my life a lot easier and it seemed silly not to share. I’ve been asked a few times about tutorials and this is why I’ve started my own Youtube channel where I’ll be uploading ‘How To…’ videos regularly to hopefully help you with any Excel questions you have.

Hi! Thank you for your comment. I have how to videos available on my home page. There are two videos covering how to create an action tracker without macro/vba functionality, first video covers the design, second video covers the build. I share the resources I use for vba help in the first video linked below, which you’ll find helpful – 45 seconds in…
