This action tracker template was originally created to help a design team with logging and tracking design tasks for multiple projects with different team member responsible for completing each task. The team needed a simple and clean way to list tasks, showing the necessary information for each task and automatically adding a status to each task to help with prioritisation based on dates. This worked great for team and project action and task tracking. Excel is a great application for this template as everyone has access to it and very little training is required to get team members up to speed.
